Welcome to our clinic! We are committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment for all our clients. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the basis on which we provide our services.

 

2. Services and Treatments

All treatments are available only for individuals over 18 years of age. All clients must complete a thorough medical history form and have a consultation with our practitioner. We reserve the right to decline treatment if our practitioner deems it unsuitable based on their clinical assessment.

 

3. Consultations

Our consultation fee is £25, which is credited towards the cost of any booked treatment. Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable if a treatment is not booked following the consultation.

 

4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation or repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or the right to make future bookings.

 

5. Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to the completion of a medical history form and a consultation with our practitioner. Treatments may be refused based on clinical judgment, client health status, or suitability concerns. Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical information truthfully. The clinic will not be liable for any adverse effects or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

 

6. Aftercare Policy

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after each treatment. Clients are required to adhere to these instructions to ensure optimal results and minimise the risk of complications. The clinic is not liable for adverse effects or complications arising from non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

 

7. Harassment and Conduct Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Harassment of any kind, including verbal or physical abuse, discriminatory comments, or inappropriate behaviour, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave if they violate this policy, in accordance with UK laws, including the Equality Act 2010.

 

8. Payment, Refunds, and Pricing

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or cash. Full payment is required at the time of treatment. For pre-paid treatments or packages, no refunds are offered if the client decides not to proceed with the treatment once it has begun, except where required by law. Refunds for products will only be provided if they are returned unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Defective or incorrect items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, subject to our inspection.

 

9. Product Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened products due to hygiene and safety standards. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in resalable condition. Any refund or exchange will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved by us.

 

10. Insurance

We maintain public liability and medical malpractice insurance to cover the services provided by our clinic. However, our liability is limited to the extent of this insurance coverage. Clients are advised to have their own insurance where necessary, especially for higher-risk treatments. Our insurance does not cover any personal losses unrelated to the treatment itself.

 

11. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will collect, store, and process your personal data (including medical information) solely for the purposes of providing services to you and for legitimate business needs. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. You have the right to request access to your data, and to ask for corrections or deletions.

 

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our clinic or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

14. Use of Client Images and Videos

With your permission, we may use before-and-after images or videos, as well as treatment footage, for promotional or educational purposes. Consent for this use will be obtained separately and is entirely voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

 

15. Promotions and Discounts

We may offer promotions, discounts, or special packages from time to time. The terms of these promotions will be outlined at the time they are offered and will be subject to their specific terms and conditions. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
