Treatment Process and Results
Administered through the precise BAP (bio-aesthetic points) method, Profhilo® targets specific injection points on each side of the face. This method involves 10 injections per treatment, strategically placed for even coverage across the face. ​Two rounds of treatment are required which are administered 1 month apart. You could expect results in two to three weeks following your treatment, noticing an increase in luminosity and improvement in skin texture. Profhilo® then continues to improve and rejuvenates your skin at a gradual steady rate and over time you will notice great improvement. On the day of treatment, the skin is cleaned and disinfected to prepare for the injections. While Profhilo does not typically require anesthesia, we apply a topical numbing cream to enhance comfort, especially in more sensitive areas.
Post-Treatment Care and Maintenance
Recovery time following Profhilo is very short, with most patients able to resume their daily activities immediately. There might be some minor swelling or bruising at the injection sites, but these side effects usually resolve within a few hours to a day. The results of Profhilo can last up to six months, after which further treatments may be necessary to maintain the skin's improved quality. Regular sessions contribute to long-lasting enhancements in skin health and appearance.
